Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
Most of the extra weight we are carrying is not coming from pounds put on from unhealthy eating. A lot of the weight is from things we are allowing to weigh us down-issues with family, finances, jobs, friends, etc.
What weight loss regimen do you have in place to lay aside the weights that are weighing you down; to cast your cares on God for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7)?
